We offer private, small group, and group classes
for ages 3 to adult seniors

Fitness Classes Offered

​Fitness Training- Our Calisthenics Program includes body weight training exercises to increasing body strength and flexibility as well as toning

Zumba/ Kids Zumba - high energy dance fitness class with Latin inspired movement #ZIN

​Zumba Gold- seated or standing Zumba for seniors

Zumlates - fusion of Pilates and Zumba, a modern intae on cardio, toning, and strengthening 

Yoga  - stretch, strength, and relaxation/ with meditation practices

Movement and Meditation- moderate stretching and movement aligning your body and mind as a form of meditating

Barre- targeting the muscles in your core and lower body with emphasis on form and alignment. Using ballet barre warm up methods infused with movements like pulsing and props like small weights. Small movement with major and fast results/impact

Vixen Fitness- Workout and dance to your favorite urban beats. Lose inches, tone, and learn simple beginners' choreography that will make you feel like Beyonce. Bring your friends and show your moves (heels are optional)!

​Wisdom Fit (Senior Rehabilitation) - total body guided stretch, flexibility, and balance routines to increase mobility, circulation and overall body wellness. All styles of dance and fitness classes can be modified to a Wizfit class

Dance Classes
​Offered

Ballet- positions, terms, and movement.
​Basic Skills: balance, jumping, turns, and extension). Learn your foundation for all other dance styles here!

 Pointe -  classical ballet technique in which a ballet dancer supports all body weight on the tips of fully extended feet within pointe shoes

Tap - learn different styles of tap like Broadway, street, and rhythm tap.
Basic Skills: rhythm, coordination

Jazz - focus on a technique muscle/body control
Basic Skills: leaping and jumping, turning

Modern - Creative movement with high and low levels, straight and curvy lines, and slow and fast past movement. Expect floor work and for your instructor to pull the emotions out of you while dancing. This style requires soul!

Hiphop - pop music with age appropriate choreography, basic steps, and creative dance
Basic Skills: rhythm, coordination

Pom - flexibility, kicks rhythm, choreography and formations
Basic Skills rhythm, coordination, flexibility, personality

​Liturgical- Lyrical for praise and worship. To give God the glory.

​Acro/Tumbling - learn how to properly combine acrobatic athletic disciplines (artistic gymnastics) and dance technique.

​Musical Theatre - Music, dancing, singing, and acting. (As seen on Glee)

​Private Lessons/ Choreography - talent show, wedding, birthday or anniversary party , Flash Mob, Campaign, demonstrations, special event, retirement, charity event, we can help you develop a plan that works best for you... or if you just want to get a group of friends together to create your own dance classes
